Is Mosa the Most Aesthetic Cafe in Panglao? (And Does the Food Live Up to the Hype?)

If you’ve been following our journey through Bohol, you know we love a good beach day. But sometimes, you just need to escape the heat and enjoy a high-quality brunch.

While exploring Panglao, we stumbled upon Mosa, a spot that screams "aesthetic" from the moment you walk in. But as foodies, we always have that lingering question: Is it just for the ‘gram, or is the food actually good?

Aesthetic Cafe in Panglao

Spoiler alert: It’s both.

The Vibe

Mosa offers a beautifully relaxing atmosphere that feels miles away from the busy streets outside. It is chic, well-designed, and the perfect backdrop for a slow morning or a mid-day recharge.

The Coffee Chronicles (A Funny Start)

Our meal started with a bit of a plot twist. I ordered the Caramel Latte, took my first sip, and... I wasn't impressed. I sat there thinking, "Oh no, is this going to be one of those places that looks better than it tastes?"

Turns out, I had grabbed the Hazelnut Latte by mistake—definitely not my order! Once we got that sorted and I got my hands on the actual Coco Caramel Latte, it was a totally different story. Smooth, perfectly sweet, and exactly the caffeine kick I needed to start the brunch.

The Food Verdict

Once the coffee confusion was settled, we dove into the food. Here is what we ordered:

  • The Appetizer: We started with the Cuatro Bruschetta. It was incredibly refreshing—a perfect light bite to wake up the palate before the heavier mains arrived.

  • The Star of the Show: For the main event, I had the Pollo. This was, hands down, my favorite dish of the day. It was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. If you visit Mosa, this is the "must-try" item on the menu.

  • The Heavy Hitter: We also ordered the Beef Ribs. Be warned: this portion is massive! It’s hearty, tender, and great if you’re starving or want something substantial to share.

Final Thoughts

We are so happy to have found a spot in Panglao that ticks all the boxes: aesthetic interiors, a relaxing vibe, and delicious, high-quality food. Whether you want a light bite or a massive feast, Mosa delivers.
